It doesn't look like you have been invited to read this blog. If you think this is a mistake, you might want to contact the blog author and request an invitation
You need to go to the dashboard and under Settings>Permissions click the button at the bottom for either anyone or invited people to read your blog. It says this:
Who can view this blog?
Anybody
Only people I choose
Only blog authors
Your blog is open to all readers by default.
You can restrict your blog to only readers you choose.
However, these readers will need to log in before reading your blog, adding an extra step.
